Former 130lb lightweight, PR in 2014 was a 7:14. I ate a lot of junk food and didn’t take the team super seriously.
Throughout college and in the last few years I’ve focused on building muscle, and I’m much stronger than I’ve ever been. Sitting around 150lb, ~14%bf. However, my cardio is some SHIT. I managed an 8:45 2k (while recovering from a nasty chest cold, in fairness).
