Does anyone else have the HOP?

One of the favorite workouts novice rowers end up doing is the “hour of power,” or HOP, where you have a partner w/ a similar 4k time and you alternate every 3-5 minutes erging/running for an hour.

Genuinely curious if this is common- I haven’t seen anything about it
