Hey folks. My team is finally getting off the ergs and onto the water (yay!) but because of covid that’ll mean less weekly practices. I’m looking for some good cross training activities but am a little limited in what I can do. I’ve been mostly running. No access to a gym for strength training cause of covid.
Anyone have some creative workout ideas for rowing cross training in the time of covid?
I’d also love to hear some injury prevention tips for back/hips if anything has worked for you.
