Critique my SS This is 2×45 minute piece after 12km steady state in a pair with small bursts of high rate with a rest inbetween where I ate food and drank fluids. Firstly I got my SS heart rate from using the formula and putting in my age and resting heart rate and got 168. Some stats: age:17 weight:81kg 2k:6:38 height:6ft 2.
