I’ve had a concept2 for a year or so, but just recently started using it more.
weight: 196lbs (I’ve lost 35lbs in the past 2.5 months)
I’m still working on dropping another 20-25lbs over the next few months and am currently in a calorie deficit maintaining about 20-25g of carbs per day with 1300-1400 total calories.
