Does any one do the Concept 2 Workout of the Day regularly? I have done a few and like them but am having a hard time pacing/determining the training purpose. It doesn’t really matter because I’m not training for anything, just fitness, but thought I’d ask! I do the short workouts around 2k pace and then medium workout around 6k-10k pace based on the interval length. I’d do the long ones at Cat 6 (UT2). What do you do?
