Hi, My neighbors selling his waterrower for $200. It’s been in his garage unused for over 2 – 3 yrs now. I can’t afford a Concept 2 so this I feel is a good alternative.

I could either fix it or purchase a new tank for $175 plus shipping from waterrower.

Is this setup worth it in comparison to other rowers in the $400 range on Amazon?
