Hey there, I was wondering if any of you have a recommendation for some sort of drink mix supplement to add into a rowing diet. I am out most of the day and burn around 4500 calories. I am finding it pretty hard to not lose weight. It would be great if any of you had something that you could just drink and get ~1000 extra calories in. I know there is a lot of stuff out there but some of it is not great, just wondering if anyone has found anything. Thanks!
