It was locked for some reason and I wanted to reopen the discussion since it doesn’t break any subreddit rules.
The substance is on the same level as creatine in my opinion, it’s not illegal, and it’s not banned by the ncaa.
What are people’s experience with beta alanine? I’ve loaded it in the past and never noticed a huge difference but then again I never tested before and after using it for a few weeks.
