I have researched different types of rowers and I’m at a loss on which type of rower to purchase. I am leaning towards a water or air. I am going to be a beginner and looking for a good cardio workout to help with weight loss and trimming up.
What kind do you use/recommend for beginners/for what I’m looking for/pros and cons for each?
With the recommendations for Concept2, I’m curious as to why? This is an air resistant correct? Are these types better than the water ones?
