Balancing weight training, erg and boat sessions

Curious as to how you guys balance weight training, erg and boat sessions. I’m having trouble piecing a weight training and erg program around boat sessions. I want to be somewhat fresh and recovered before boat sessions, but it appears that I would have to fit 2-3 sessions a day in order to get all my training in.
