Am I Overtraining?

Started rowing around 7 months ago as an 18 year old. Initially started with a low amount of volume back in december and ramped up to around 140k-180k a week since mid March. When I started with this amount of volume, I noticed a pretty big increase in performance leading 6:48 2k in early may. However since then, my performance has marginally improved and stagnated in recent workouts. While my cardio feels fine, my legs just can’t produce the same power they used to 1-2 months ago.
