Advice for a new(ish) rower?

I’m 18F 140lb and I feel like I suck at rowing even after four months. On the erg, I can barely get under 10 mins for a 2k (2:30) and it’ll take an hour for a 10k. I have good form but I burn out easily even at steady state. My team says most girls should be able to get 2:10 to 2:20 easy. Should I quit rowing? Do I need to practice more to try to keep building endurance? Thanks 🙂
