Hi, I’ve been getting back into my rowing recently after many years off the sport and its starting to come back. I generally like to do 30min ergo rows (I have no river access here) to gauge my progress based on the distance I cover.
I’ll be back in England next year and want to pick it up again as a casual sport on the side and hit a few regattas maybe. Anyhow, what are the kinda of time standards i should be looking at achieving. I have set myself the goal of 8000m in 30mins, would that be respectable?
