2months to drop my 2k

K so I’m 16Male 6’0 and about 75kg it’s my second year rowing I started of the season 6:54(September) and my 2k now is a 6:42. In the summer I have two and half months to drop as much time off my 2k as possible. How much would erging/ training would be safe to do, and what are some realistic goals? I really want to go 6:29 by September would this possible?
