I have a 2k test this Saturday, and have no idea what my goal should be.
My PB is a 2:01.0 (F, 15, 5’9”), which I pulled in December, but my most recent one was a 2:01.8. (3weeks ago)
We did a predictor workout last week which was a 2x1k and a 2×500 all at 2k. I did 2:00.0, 2:02.5, 1:59.9 and 1:57.4.
Do you think going sub 2:00 this Saturday is a possibility? Is there anything mentally or physically I could do to prepare?
