Rowing Ireland’s Nutritional Tips – 27.03.20


These 2-step skewers take only a few minutes to put together. They‘re really versatile and a great way of getting extra vegetables into your diet. Chop the ingredients and let everyone get involved by creating their own skewers.

They taste good grilled, but even better cooked over a BBQ!

The recipe below makes 4 skewers.


400g diced pork (2cm pieces)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp dried oregano
1 lemon, zested and juiced
½ tsp paprika
Pinch of salt
2 red peppers, deseeded and cut into chunks
