The Rowing Ireland Working Group on COVID 19 met yesterday evening and have formulated a food safety sheet for Rowing Ireland Clubs and Members.
There is not a lot of scientific information about the survival of COVID-19 on the surface of open food. It is important to maintain good hygiene practices around open food and reduce the risk of contamination of the food.
To help avoid the transmission of COVID-19 through surface contact, this document outlines a number of measures that our clubs and members can take to limit the transmission of COVID-19.
