Breaking up SS

Is it better to do 60min 5 days a week, or 50min 6 days a week. Just in terms of how you break it up.

Also, I read on here a while back that doing SS really hard(2×30 5min rest) gave you better results.

Protein shakes arent appealing

I take a scoop a day ,but only in the form of shake. Is there any recipe that anyone knows which i havent heard of? I know there are proats, and some of the guys make protein cookies its just i havent a clue what to do
